The Process..

Reports are delivered that describe and outline all visible systems and components.  Conditions and areas of concern/deficiencies are noted and documented by adhering to the standards of the State of NJ outlined by the Home Advisory Board.

As your home inspector, I will provide you with a clear understanding and a solid foundation of knowledge regarding your new home purchase.  The report is a detailed descriptive document with pictures describing the functionality of each system.  I maintain my skills and knowledge by staying ahead and certifying in the many inspection techniques and products that are constantly introduced to the market.  This helps me spot deficiencies that can be hazardous to your family’s safety.  By using the latest technology I’m able to provide you with confidence and knowledge so you can make an informed decision.
